We introduced new formats and new energy to Lithuania, and trained the festival moderators
The Revolution festival was organised in Vilnius, Lithuania for the second time by Rekurai, bringing fresh ideas & formats to the events industry.
Masters in moderation got invited to bring interaction to a next level and of course we said YES!
We provided the organisers with a few services.
First of all, we trained an international group of moderators for the job. This great group from Lithuania, Poland, The Netherlands and Germany then went on to moderate a large number of speaker-sessions, panels and the awardshow.
In this all, they were guided by their mentor, Jan-Jaap In der Maur. Overall, the sessions were very well received for their fresh approach and for being so participant-centric
On top of all this, Jan-Jaap provided two sessions himself (one masterclass, one panel) in which he shared his moderator vision and experience with the Revolution-participants. They loved every word he said.
