MED-EL Multihub Meeting

We assisted the MED-EL team in designing and moderating their own multi-hub meeting.

MED-EL is a long-standing client of Masters in Moderation, so we were ready to support them in this new challenge: a meeting with participants spread across multiple locations. At each location, a group of attendees gathered physically under the leadership of a local moderator. From Innsbruck, a colleague from headquarters seamlessly coordinated the event, supported by our most experienced online moderator, Kjell Lutz.

The technical aspects were expertly handled by Abbit Meeting Innovators. For us as moderators, it is a pleasure to work with such seasoned professionals.

Well before the event, Kjell, along with colleagues Jan-Jaap In der Maur and Paul van Herck from Abbit, travelled to headquarters in Austria. There, they assisted the MED-EL team in designing the programme and the session formats, and coached the online moderators on the intricacies of a multi-hub meeting.
