In a condensed, cheerful and fully interactive workshop, participants are introduced to the basic skills that every modern meeting moderator needs: bring energy, be in charge, observe and dance (we'll keep it a secret for now, why this one is important).
The training will provide beginners with a sound basis to build on. And even for the more advanced moderators, the workshop holds a few valuable eyeopeners.
