At the age of 14, Fleur started moderating. The rush she felt that day still keeps her going onstage. Since then she has been moderating steadily, with unbridled energy and enthousiasm.
Engagement and making a true connection with and amongst participants always come first to Fleur. She has an impeccable feeling for what participants need and always knows exactly how to act on that. Humor, love and infinite curiosity are her tools to engage her audience.
