Energy, engagement and experiments, those are the three elements that make Conventa Crossover a special event. Our founder Jan-Jaap moderated and co-designed the 2022-edition.
Imagine a conference where speakers don't simply speak (like, forever ...). At Conventa Crossover, everything is largely conversational. Speakers will shortly provide inspiration and insights, participants will discuss, learn from each other and even do (some spontaneous) on the spot experiments en exercices.
This is how an industry combines networking and learning, while having fun and feeling energised.
Then finally, there was the awardshow, celebrating the best in the 'New Europe' industry.
