On your way up, you can choose from a number of types of coaching, all tailored to your needs.
If none of these options seem to fit, we will design a completely personalised program for you.
The options are:

We will help you prepare for an upcoming event. - Event-evaluation
Together we will look back at one of your performances and discuss learnings and feedback. - Skills-coaching
We address a specific skill or part of the moderator job that you want to take to the next level. - Master Track
If you’re a moderator with fairly broad experience, we’ll gladly help you with the finishing touch. - Coaching on demand
We will design a coaching track completely tailored to your needs. - Session card / coaching by the hour
Single hours on demand. You can also buy a session card.
Session Card / Coaching by the Hour
Sometimes you just want a quick word, ask a simple question or quickly practice a small detail.
In that case, you can always call or email us.
The first 15 minutes are always free (and a quarter of an hour may well be 19 minutes).
After that, the meter starts running and you pay € 110,00 per half hour.
For € 950,00 you get a credit of 10 half hours.
If desired, we would be happy to create a tailor-made coaching program for you.
This service is available to experienced moderators who we believe could grow to the Masters in Moderation level.
It is also intended for full-professional colleagues who are ready for challenge and growth.
The Master Track starts with an intake. Visiting and assessing a performance is part of this process
(see Event-evaluation). The cost for the intake is € 500,-.
If you are subsequently admitted to the Master Track, this amount will be deducted from the total program fee.
The Master Track costs € 8000,- and runs for one full year. You will be assigned a personal trainer.
Based on the intake, we will advise you on the design of the track. Elements could include:
- Preparing, analyzing and evaluating performances; live or via video footage.
- Coaching sessions.
- Working sessions focused on practicing specific skills. When effective, we may involve external specialists.
- Advice on your proposition and market opportunities.
- Etc.
After successfully completing the track, you will receive a Master Certificate, including a digital logo.
