With Bo, there’s no such thing as boring meetings. As a moderator and meeting designer, he will always take participants on a trip into the unknown, using his broad expertise, knowledge and background in change, innovation, learning, education and psychology. And everyone will love the trip!
With Bo, there is no shortcuts or predictable paths. He will always take the long way home (are you singing the Supertramp song, yet?).
And that road will be paved with – pleasant – surprises. Meetings as designed by Bo, will be filled with fun, connections, experiments, explorations and playful, gamified elements.
With Bo, there’s no one, singluar truth. There’s always nuance and fresh insights to be explored. Bo believes that change comes from evolution and simply starting by putting one foot in front of the other, rather than trying to change everything in one giant leap. He will support his participants in not waiting for the final answer before acting, but to simple start acting in search of the final anwer.
Bo combines a wide range of education, with the abbility to put that into practise. Everything he is and stands for is reflected in his love for exploring the outdoors: biking, open water & ice swimming, mountain climbing, hiking, and kayaking.
