Nik Skrlec is a firm believer that new skills and insights are the drivers of change, creativity and enhanced performance. That's why he will - when appropriate - always bring elements of surprise into his moderation. Nik is a juggler. slackliner, unicyclist and in general a mentally flexible moderator.
As a TV/radio-host ánd being skilled in improv and communication, Nik brings a rare balance between a tightly executed show and being able to respond to any unforseen chance or obstacle.

No matter what the occasion, formal or casual, he will stimulate participant to engage on every level. Nik is a master at making the complicated look easy, and making the abstract and hard to grasp subjects relatable.
Other than that, Nik is just a very nice guy, that everyone (any age and any professional level) in the room will easily open up to. He's funny and he's modest.
