Catastrophy is something no facility manager wants to face. A fire, a bacterial contamination or a long lasting technical failure can bring harm to any institution.
At the annual NVTG Seminar the question was: can we prevent disasters from happening? How do we respond, when something goes wrong? And how can we learn from what went wrong in the past?

Moderator Niels van der Schaaff helped sharpen questions and dilemma's, in order to create true new insights. His abbility to empathise with the participants, allowed him to play the part of the 'ignorant layman' very effectively.
